REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Totally Lifestyle (www.totallylifestyle.com). Our customers are important to us and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please note we do not currently offer exchanges - just refunds.

RETURNS

We understand very well that returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back because it is defective. But don’t panic, we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible. You have 30 calendar days to return a defective item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. This will allow us to deal directly with the manufacturer.

As a first step in the process please contact us at support@totallylifestyle.com and we will assign an agent to work with you to ensure your return is handled personally, professionally and the effort is as secure and convenient to you as possible. Please include in your email the following information:

(a) your name (as per the shipping card) and as well as your contact information; (b) the order number and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address; and (c) information/description on the exact item(s) you are returning and why.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: gift cards; downloadable software products; some health and personal care items.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved which should take less than one day, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, DEPENDING ON your card issuer's policies.

Please be aware that while we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the product you chose from Totally Lifestyle (www.totallylifestyle.com) and the service provided by our staff and company, if any item is not returned in its original condition, has obvious signs of use, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and/or is returned more than 30 days after delivery we will be unable to offer a refund. If for some reasons beyond your control you cannot meet the 30 day return please let us know and we will endeavour to help.

After acceptance by our confirming email you will need to wait approximately 5 to 7 business days for a full refund to clear by your financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund in that time frame, check your bank account; and/or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. In terms of your financial institution there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, that unfortunately we don’t have any way to “hurry up”.

SHIPPING

While typically most items in our collection are shipped to our customers free of charge we are not able to accept shipping charges for returned items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
